Billing Information

Changing Plans

  • Upgrading to a higher plan: Scrab will prorate the cost, charging only the difference if you switch to the more expensive plan after paying for the less expensive plan.

  • Downgrading from one plan to another: Any remaining balance will be credited to your next billing cycle. Note that credits are non-refundable.

Cancelling Paid Plans

If you cancel a paid plan, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you’ll be downgraded to basic access.

Changing or Cancelling Plans

Go to Profile Settings at the top right corner, and then click billing to change or cancel your plan. If you don’t see this option, please get in touch with Scrab support.

Changing Payment Method

You can update your payment method from your Profile Settings.

Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your paid subscription. After 14 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

  • After cancellation, access remains until the current billing period ends.

Account Deletion

Please reach out to Scrab support to request account deletion. Your account will be deleted within 48 hours.
