Refund Policy

General Terms

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases.

If for any reason you’d like to request a refund, please contact support. We might ask you for a reason to improve our products and services.

Refund Process

Refund requests are processed by the Scrab billing team within 10 business days from the date the refund request is received via the appropriate channel.

Upon approval and processing of a refund, your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you will lose access to all premium features.

Acceptance of Policy

By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to this Refund Policy and waive any rights to contest, dispute, or pursue legal action against it.

All sales are made in USD. Scrab is not liable for any differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used for the subscription.

Breach of Policies

Refunds will not be granted if you are in breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes opened directly with payment processors, with or without prior contact with Scrab, will be resolved through their respective channels. Concurrently, the associated Scrab account will be terminated.

One-Time Refund Policy

Each user is eligible for only one refund. If you have received a refund previously, any subsequent refund requests will not be granted.
